Civil & Structural Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Performing Structural or Civil Design & Analysis Calculations
• Assist senior engineer in preparation and completion of design, specification, technical reports and other related design documents in accordance with the project requirements
• Gather the design inputs and provide drafting inputs
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project including consultants, clients, contractors & local authorities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering & min. 2 years working experience
• Required language(s): English
• Willing to work extra hours when required and able to work in Team and lead junior staff
• Willing to travel for site visit

Draftperson

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in AutoCad or drafting;
• Minimum 2 years experience;
• C&S drafting experience is preferred;
• Able to work independently;
• Good organizing and communication skills

Resident Engineers (Based in Miri & Lawas Division)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a site supervision team in monitoring of works, detailed documentation of records and accurate reporting to relevant parties involved.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project via execution onsite in conjunction with the design objectives.
• Fully support and advise all associated project teams during their reconnaissance.
• Prepare report and attend site / project meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering & min 5 years working experience in supervision of C&S works.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with proven capability in managing and liaising with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors and staff at all levels.
• Proficient in English, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Possess driving license.

Geotechnical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare design calculation, specifications, scopes of works and other technical documents related to the geotechnical work.
• Work with engineers of other disciplines in the office.
• Gather the design inputs and provide drafting inputs
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project including consultants, clients, contractors & local authorities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering & min 3 years working experience in Design of Geotechnical works.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Professional and responsible working attitude;

• Willing to work extra hours when required and able to work in Team and lead junior staff
• Willing to travel for site visit
• Good in reporting
• Able to run some common geotechnical software

Geologist

Responsibilities:

• To conduct planning and geological mapping
• To supervise SI works when required
• Collating data and produce report
• Consult geological maps and aerial photographs to advise on site selection.

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology / Geoscience or higher & min 5 years working experience in a Geologist capacity.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to write and produce good geological report.
• Professional and responsible working attitude.

• Willing to work extra hours when required and able to work in Team and lead junior staff.
• Willing to travel for site works.
